Tuesday, May 1, 2018 Reynard is hosting a collaborative seated Prix Fixe menu to celebrate the release of Nancy Singleton Hachisu’s new cookbook. $50 per person, tickets can be booked here.

1st Course
ZENSAI- Stir-Fried Fava Beans, Yuba with Yuzu Juice, Chopped Spanish Mackerel with Miso
2nd Course
SOUP & GRILLED BITE- Seven-Spice Chicken, Cold Prevention Soup
3rd Course
MAIN- Grilled duck rubbed with sansho and black sesame oil served next to a seasonal greens salad dressed with Yamaki ponzu and Wadaman gold sesame oil, Simmered Shiitake and Sweet Potato, Miso-Stuffed Steamed Turnips
4th Course
DESSERT- Soymilk and Cocoa Gelee
